  • Automated Customer and Order Processing: Whenever a new customer was registered, they were automatically added to the CRM’s contact module, with a new deal record. This record was linked to a corresponding Zoho project and an invoice in Zoho Books, already marked as paid.
  • Custom CRM Experience: We utilized Zoho CRM features like Wizard and Canvas to create a highly customized user interface and experience.
  • Zoho Cliq for Collaboration: Integration with Zoho Cliq was established to facilitate team collaboration and provide instant notifications for new orders.
